Members' Meeting 2025 – Task Group DVGW – Events Kassel
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we would like to inform you about the status of preparations for the upcoming Members‘ Meeting in February 2025 in Members' Info No. 15/2024. Due to the steadily increasing number of members, the DCA has decided to change the congress hotel once again. We also report on a new task group on DVGW Gas-/Wasserleitungskreuzungsrichtlinie, for which the DCA needs your support. Last but not least, we would like to draw your attention to the upcoming further education events according to GW 329 in Kassel at the beginning of December, which will be expanded this year to include HDD training for clients and planners.

The “Gas- und Wasserleitungskreuzungsrichtlinie" (GWKR, Germany) between Deutsche Bahn (DB) and the DVGW is currently being revised by the DVGW. DCA board member Jörg Himmerich is also a member of the project group for the revision. In the revision of the GWKR, all aspects that are reviewed in the GWKR are to be adapted to the current state of the art. All DCA members are cordially invited to inform Jörg Himmerich of any requests for changes and adaptations to the existing GWKR. The changes and additions will then be incorporated into the project group accordingly. We would be delighted to benefit from the experience and expertise of DCA members and to bring the GWKR up to date.
