The association's board would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved in the creation of this 5th edition.

Technical Guidelines

The 5th edition of the DCA Technical Guidelines, October 2024, has been completed in German. The representatives and substitutes of the member companies will receive the edition in digital form by e-mail in the next few days. The personalised file of the guideline is available once free of charge for all member companies. Further personalised digital versions can be ordered using the enclosed form. Please provide the name and email address for each person. From mid-December 2024, the new guideline can also be ordered in book form. Please also use the enclosed form for this. The cost for members for the digital version is €39. For the book version €49 plus shipping costs (please send orders to info@dca-europe.org).

From January 2025 it will then be possible to order the guideline via a shop system on the association's homepage. We will announce the launch of the shop system in good time.

We would already like to point out that delays in the dispatch of the guidelines must be expected.

Work on the English version is already well advanced. We are currently assuming that this will be available for the Members‘ Meeting at the beginning of February 2025.

No-Dig 2024: Where HDD was a prominent feature

The recent No-Dig Live which was held at the NAEC, Stoneleigh Park was a resounding success for all things trenchless.  Although the weather was typical English the quality and number of exhibitors shone through during the three-day event. No-Dig Live plays host to visitors from 28 countries. This is a growing trend as NO-DIG LIVE is recognized by many as the ‘mecca’ of the industry and the only UK event to focus on trenchless technology and has recently become the biggest Trenchless Technology event in the world. The location itself leant itself well for the abundance of manufactures of drilling rigs and support equipment which were exhibited outside whilst the inside space was also supported by HDD service companies and suppliers. Further to the exhibition the event also provides the platform for the UKSTT Awards and Gala dinner. Here, again the HDD process came to the forefront with one of our members winning the New Installation – Large Project category for an impressive Outfall executed on the south coast of England.

To summarize this is simply the best HDD exhibition there is, so clear your diary in October 2026!
