Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We wish you and your families a Happy New Year 2025! 

In today's Member Info 01/2025, we would like to remind you to register for the Members‘ Meeting in Oldenburg. We have already received numerous registrations. If you have not yet registered, please use the registration form below. The registration deadline is 24th January 2025. 

We would also like to inform you that the DCA is once again looking for interesting presentations for the programme of the 29th annual congress, which will take place from 8-10 October 2025 in Bamberg. Please contact the office. We are also looking for sponsors for the annual congress. Numerous commitments have already been received for the sponsoring programme listed below. Please also contact the office if you are interested. 

We now wish you and ourselves a good start to the new year and a successful co-operation in the spirit of our association's goals.

Registration to the Members‘ Meeting – Reminder

You received the official invitation in the Member Info 17/2024. As announced, the members' meeting will take place on Wednesday, 5th February 2025 in Wardenburg, south of Oldenburg. Following the meeting, the DCA invites all participants to a joint dinner.

Registration for the Members‘ Meeting is exclusively digital! Please use the following link and register for both on-site and digital participation. In addition, please also indicate your participation in the dinner. Participation in the event is intended for a maximum of 3 employees of a member company.

As announced, the event will be held as a hybrid event. You will receive the access data for digital access via the Teams internet platform one week before the event by means of participation information.


 Registration deadline is Friday, 24.01.2025

Call for Papers

The 29th DCA Annual Congress will take place from 8-10 October 2025 at the Welcome Kongresshotel Bamberg. An attractive lecture programme including workshops and an exhibition is once again planned as part of the congress. Please send suggestions for interesting HDD lectures or workshop topics to the office by 28 February 2025 at the latest. For presentations, please include the title, name of the speaker and a short abstract. The presentation can be held in German or English. We would be very pleased about your cooperation!


Call for Sponsors

We would also like to draw your attention to the sponsoring programme for the 2025 annual congress. The sponsorship programme is divided into three categories.  

„Communication – Networking – Social Program“

Here you have the opportunity to support the DCA as a gold (exclusive), silver or bronze sponsor in the individual categories. There are already seven commitments in the gold sponsorship category. Two places are currently still available. There are also already commitments for silver and bronze sponsorship.  

We would be delighted if more companies would decide to sponsor the annual congress in Bamberg. Please use the following form for sponsors.
