Update DrillforEurope Campaign

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Through this newsletter we'd like to keep you updated on the Drill for Europe campaign. Over the past two month, our paid campaign on Google Search, Instagram and Facebook has been driving results. Reach is growing and we're seeing a high number of clicks on the Find Your Company page - bringing more potential candidates into our industry!

CONCLUSION WEBSITE DATA

We see that the majority of visitors come from the campaign, accounting for 84.78% of all website users. Of these, 63.88% come from Google Search and 20.9% from META.

Alongside our paid advertising efforts, we’ve launched a new LinkedIn channel to strengthen our organic presence. And as the first LinkedIn-data shows, visibility truly pays off!

As part of our organic content strategy, we’re introducing a special category: "Working at...". This series will spotlight specific employers in the HDD industry, giving jobseekers an inside look at career opportunities.

Would you like your company to be featured? Let us know – we’d be happy to interview one of your colleagues by phone!

The more we show what HDD has to offer, the more talent we attract. Here’s how you can contribute:

📹 Create video content – Grab your phone and film. Show your equipment in action on the jobsite and let your crew share their experiences. Authentic footage makes an impact.

✍️ Write a blog – An interview with employees, insights into your company culture, an article about the tecnology behind HDD, or a specific case you’d like to highlight - accompanied by a strong photo - helps jobseekers connect with our branche.

💡 Suggest topics – What do you think will inspire new talent to join HDD? Let us know what stories need to be told!
