Registration to the Members‘ Meeting – Reminder

You received the official invitation in the Member Info 17/2025. As announced, the members' meeting will take place on Wednesday, 4th February 2026 at the Wardenburger Hof in Wardenburg, south of Oldenburg, germany. Following the meeting, the DCA invites all participants to a joint dinner.

Registration for the Members‘ Meeting is exclusively digital! Please use the following link and register for both on-site and digital participation. In addition, please also indicate your participation in the dinner. Participation in the event is intended for a maximum of 3 employees of a member company.

As announced, the event will be held as a hybrid event. You will receive the access data for digital access via the Teams internet platform one week before the event by means of participation information.

Registration deadline is Friday, 23.01.2026

30th DCA Annual Congress, Rome - Call for Papers and Sponsors -

Call for Papers

The 30th DCA Annual Congress will take place from 30.09.-02.10.2025 at the Sheraton Rome Parco de Medici hotel. An attractive lecture program including workshops and an exhibition is once again planned as part of the congress. Please send suggestions for interesting HDD lectures or workshop topics to the office by 09 March 2026 at the latest. For presentations, please include the title, name of the speaker and a short abstract. The presentation can be held in German or English. We would be very pleased about your cooperation!

Call for Sponsors:

We would also like to draw your attention to the sponsoring program for the 2026 annual congress. The sponsoring program is divided into three categories. 

„Communication – Networking – Social Program“

Here you have the opportunity to support the DCA as Platin- (exclusiv), Gold-, Silver- or Bronzesponsor. Three preliminary commitments have already been received for platin sponsoring (Vermeer, Michels Trenchless GmbH, Ditch Witch). Several commitments have already been received for gold and silver sponsoring.
